Depending on how you use the website, we may collect identity and contact details; account and order information; delivery details; communications with us; transaction and payment status information; and technical information such as IP address, browser, device, cookie identifiers, and website activity.
Payment providers process card or account credentials under their own privacy terms. We do not ask customers to send full payment-card details by email or through the contact form.

We use personal information to operate the website; process and deliver orders; handle payments, support, refunds, and disputes; prevent fraud and protect security; comply with legal obligations; improve the website; and send marketing only where permitted. Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing may be based on performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, or consent.
4. Who receives information
We use the following categories of recipients and service providers where relevant to your use of the site:
- Payments: CardsShield and PayPal process payment, transaction-status, billing, device, and fraud-prevention information for the payment methods currently offered. Full card credentials are entered into payment-provider fields and are handled under the provider’s terms rather than being requested by us through email or support forms.
- Store and hosting: WooCommerce supports store and order functions, and Hostinger provides website hosting and related infrastructure.
- Analytics and site operation: Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager and Jetpack (Automattic) may receive device, cookie, IP-address, referrer, and website-activity information.
- Marketing and email: Mailchimp (Intuit), MailPoet (Automattic), and our email-delivery provider may process contact details, subscription choices, message events, and order-related communications.
- Customer chat: Tawk.to provides the chat embedded on the website and may process chat messages, contact details, and technical identifiers.
- Affiliate measurement: Awin and Trackdesk may process referral, cookie, device, and purchase-attribution information.
- Delivery: the postal or courier provider selected for an order receives the recipient name, address, contact details, and shipment information needed to deliver it.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers or public authorities where legally required. Providers may process information outside Cyprus or the European Economic Area. Where applicable, we use contractual or other legally recognised safeguards for international transfers.
